SHIPPING POLICY

Next Day Air 
Orders placed before 11am (CST) ship same day, 

Orders after 11am are processed on the next business day (Mon-Fri)

Express Orders
(FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Express Saver, UPS 2 Day, UPS 3Day) 
Ships within 1-2 business days of order receipt.
(packages may ship via FedEx or UPS unless specific carrier is requested by customer in comment box)

Ground Orders
(FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Business, UPS Ground) 
Ships within 4-10 business days of order receipt.
(packages may ship via FedEx or UPS unless specific carrier is requested by customer in comment box)
 

Super Saver Shipping
Ships within 4-6 business days of receiving your order. 
(Package may ship Mail, Priority Mail, FedEx, UPS, FedEx Smart-Post, UPS Sure-Post) 
If you cannot receive a particular service at your location, 
please make note in the comment box when placing your order. 
*This service is only available on orders under 4lbs and to locations within the contiguous US.*
 

Truck (LTL.) Shipments
Truck shipments can take up to 1-2 weeks for delivery once the order has been shipped.

Special Note for LTL Shipments:
This shipment will be delivered via semi, a method of unloading it will be required. If lift gate truck is needed for delivery additional fees will be charged.
Please check over your delivery PRIOR to signing the bill of lading from the carrier. 
If shipment is signed and received from carrier without noted possible damages on the bill of lading, the customer will be responsible for filling a freight claim with the carrier and arranging for any repair or return of the damaged goods. Activedogs & LTL Company are not liable for any damages if not noted "damaged" or "possible damage" on bill of lading.
 

**FedEx/UPS will not deliver to a PO Box**

*Custom vest, patches, or clothing items may take an additional 3-5 business days to ship*
If you order any Express shipping services and are wondering when your order will be shipped 


Express delivery orders that are delayed due to weather conditions 
are not covered under the time guarantee  

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return by Mail

  1. On the bottom of your packing slip, select the reason for return.

  2. Email US to receive a return authorization number and shipping label. Our team is available to assist daily from 8am-9pm EST

  3. Affix the RETURN shipping label provided to you on the outside of the box and package the items for your return

  4. Include the RMA (Return Authorization) Number in the box, and drop the package off at your local FexEx pickup location. Visit fedex.com/locate to find the nearest FedEx pickup location. Ship Return to: 
    The address given.

  5. Retain a copy of the packing slip and tracking number for your return shipment.

  6. You will receive an email notification when your return is processed. Please allow 3-7 days for credit processing depending on your bank.
